Chyameya Rama U (/ˈbojʊ/ /u/ [thin (slender); slim] [tungsten]) is a subtropical Large City located in Ûsî Râre Kingdom, Bæru̽sa Vu̽ Empire, within the Warren.

The name Chyameya Rama U is derived from the Sylvin language, as Chyameya Rama U was founded by Zhen Worm, who was culturaly Rattu.

Climate

Overview

Chyameya Rama U was founded durring the early 11th century, by Zhen Worm. The establishment of Chyameya Rama U was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Chyameya Rama U's construction back out of the project. Zhen Worm pushed on reguardles, and Chyameya Rama U was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Chyameya Rama U was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Chyameya Rama U is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Chyameya Rama U is is constructed arround a series of premissive paverstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. A look around Chyameya Rama U is like a look into a broken heart which long ago fell to corruption. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need… unless of course, they would be an easy target for some robbery. The city has truly fallen to evil.

In spite of being generally closed to the public, the library has a room with several Aether Linked devices available to the public during business hours.

Chyameya Rama U has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Chyameya Rama U's natural decorations nor waterways.

Chyameya Rama U has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Chyameya Rama U has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Chyameya Rama U has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

Chyameya Rama U's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..
